We noticed a lump on the left side of my wife neck (age 25, 45 kg, 5.2). At that time, the lump was about the size of a small lemon. We immediately consulted an MD in Internal Medicine, who recommended FNAC and blood tests. The report showed Granulomatous Lymphadenitis with no malignant cells, and her ESR was 15. She experienced mild weakness and slightly elevated body temperature for the first two weeks, but now she feels fine. We have completed a 7 day course of antibiotics, but the lump has not decreased in size. What can be done to reduce the lump?

Granulomatous lymphadenitis may take time to resolve. If no size reduction, a repeat FNAC or TB screening might be needed. Monitor with doctor.
