What are the 3 types of fatigue?
Answered by 1 Apollo Doctors
Transient fatigue is acute fatigue brought on by extreme sleep restriction or extended hours awake within 1 or 2 days. Cumulative fatigue is fatigue brought on by repeated mild sleep restriction or extended hours awake across a series of days. Circadian fatigue refers to the reduced performance during nighttime hours, particularly during an individualâs âwindow of circadian lowâ (WOCL) (typically between 2:00 a.m. and 05:59 a.m.).

View allI've been experiencing a fever with a lot of shivering. It started last evening, and I took Crocin at night, but early this morning, I had really intense shivering again and took Dolo 650. I'm concerned about what's causing this and whether I should be doing something different to feel better. Is there something specific I should keep an eye on or maybe go see a doctor?

Could you suggest a good cough syrup? I've had this dry cough since this morning and it's quite uncomfortable. Any recommendations would be appreciated.

My mom has dengue and took cetirizine two hours ago but hasnt felt any better yet. We have Allegra 120 at home. Is it okay to give her that now to help with the itching, even though shes already had cetirizine earlier? Just worried if it's safe to mix them so soon.
