My mom has dengue and took cetirizine two hours ago but hasnt felt any better yet. We have Allegra 120 at home. Is it okay to give her that now to help with the itching, even though shes already had cetirizine earlier? Just worried if it's safe to mix them so soon.

View allI'm really confused and worried about what's happening with me. Not too long ago, I had typhoid and after the 10-day treatment, the tests said I'm clear. But soon after getting back to my routine, I started driving for a long time, like 9 hours, and then a couple of days later, my hands and feet felt cold again, which was the initial symptom of my typhoid. Now, even though the typhoid seems to be gone, I'm experiencing this overwhelming weakness in my body and I can't seem to stand on my legs properly. What could be causing this?
The recurring coldness in hands and feet, along with weakness and inability to stand, could be due to post-typhoid complications, anemia, vitamin deficiencies, or neurological issues, so consult your doctor immediately for a thorough evaluation, including blood tests and physical examination, to determine the underlying cause and guide appropriate treatment.

I'm trying to understand my test results. It mentions both "Nonreactive" and "Reactive," and I'm a bit confused. Does that mean the result is negative or positive?

I'm really worried about my brother. He got diagnosed with Typhoid because his fever just wouldn't go down, and it turns out his Typhoid level is pretty high at 162. He's been on medication since Thursday, and today is Monday, but the fever hasn't completely disappeared yet. During the day, the temperature seems normal, but in the evening or afternoon, it shoots up to 99. I'm trying to figure out how many more days it's going to take for this fever to totally go away. Is this normal? I read somewhere that Typhoid fever can take about 15 days to subside entirely is that true? Today marks the 5th day he's on the medication for Typhoid. He's taking Enteromycetin 250 capsules three times a day and omnacortil 5, also three times daily. Does this medication sound right, or could it be that it's not strong enough, and that's why it's taking longer? Could you please help out and let me know what you think?
