My mom has dengue and took cetirizine two hours ago but hasnt felt any better yet. We have Allegra 120 at home. Is it okay to give her that now to help with the itching, even though shes already had cetirizine earlier? Just worried if it's safe to mix them so soon.

I've been having this pain on the lower left side of my rib for quite a while now, and it's gotten to the point where I can't even touch it. I'm worried it might be something to do with my bones or maybe something going on with my internal organs. How can I figure out what's causing this?

Can I switch from taking Dolo to Combiflam for a fever? Will Combiflam be effective in reducing it? Is it possibly more effective than Dolo? I'm a bit confused about which one to use.
