I've been noticing something odd with my body temperatureit rises to about 98.3 or 98.4 degrees Fahrenheit in the afternoon and evening, but it seems to dip below 98 degrees in the mornings and at night. Is this normal, or should I be concerned about these fluctuations?

A fluctuating body temperature between 98F and 98.4F throughout the day is generally considered normal, as the body's temperature naturally varies due to factors like circadian rhythms, physical activity, and environmental conditions, but if you're concerned or experience other symptoms like fever, chills, or fatigue, consult a healthcare professional to rule out any underlying health issues.

View allI'm curious about deworming for adults in the 40-50 age range. Should we be doing it even if everything seems fine, or is it unnecessary? Also, would taking albendazole be safe in such cases?

Is drinking cold water good for fever?
Cold water either in the form of drinking or tepid sponging helps in controlling core body temperature in fever. Drinking water maintains hydration during the stress of fever on the body. Tepid sponging helps by vasodilating blood vessels and evaportaion technique.

I'm struggling with a mouth ulcer that's been bothering me for three days now. Could you recommend a tablet or something to help with it? I'm really looking for some relief.
I recommend using "Bonjela" gel for mouth ulcers. Apply a small amount directly to the ulcer up to 3 times a day after meals and at bedtime. Additionally, you can take "Ibuprofen" 400mg tablets as needed for pain relief, up to 3 times a day after meals. Make sure to drink plenty of water and avoid spicy or acidic foods to help with healing.
