View allI've recently gotten engaged and I'm kind of worried because every time I meet my fianc, I end up getting really wet down there. It's a bit embarrassing sometimes because it even wets through my panties. It's an arranged marriage, so we haven't been intimate yet. Is this normal, or should I talk to a gynecologist about it? Is there anything I can do to reduce the wetness? It's making me feel a bit uncomfortable. Any advice would really help.
It's normal only it's physiological Don't worry

I'm a pathologist and currently pregnant. I've had a 7-week ultrasound which showed a fetal heartbeat at 108 beats per minute and the baby's length is 6mm. From what I know, this all seems normal, but I'm aware that hCG is a schedule X drug. Given my situation, should I consider getting hCG injections?
If you suspect you've taken a double dose of EBAS 20, contact your doctor or pharmacist immediately for guidance.

I'm really hoping to find a doctor who has experience with treating intramural fibroids. I'm looking for someone who can make me feel comfortable and also guide me through my pregnancy treatment. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
Finding the right doctor for intramural fibroid treatment can be challenging, especially when you're looking for someone who can provide a comfort zone and support your pregnancy treatment. When searching for a doctor, look for obstetricians or gynecologists with experience in treating fibroids, particularly intramural ones. You can ask questions like: What treatment options do they recommend? Do they have experience with pregnant patients? What's their approach to managing fibroid-related complications during pregnancy? Some doctors may recommend watchful waiting, while others might suggest surgical interventions like myomectomy or uterine artery embolization. It's essential to discuss your individual situation and determine the best course of action.
