A cat tried to bite me, and while I managed to pull my hand away, there was still a bit of contact with its teeth. There was hardly any pressure, so I didnt get a cut or even a scratch. I washed my hand and put spirit on it. Is that all I need to do, or is there anything else I should be concerned about?

I'm going to the gym and working out for about two hours every day. I'm a bit confused about which multivitamin tablets I should take since they seem necessary. Revital H is a well known brand of multivitamins which does cover most of the requirements. You can continue to take it, and if you are facing continued gastric complains, you can consider using an antacid (such as RantacOmez).
