I've just started with an airline, and part of the onboarding process involved a full body checkup. Everything came back normal except for my GGT level, which was at 56. To help lower your GGT levels, you can consider making lifestyle changes such as reducing alcohol intake, maintaining a healthy weight, and eating a balanced diet.

I can't stop going to the bathroom these past few days. My stomach and lower intestines were killing me last night, but it felt a bit better after having diarrhea. Then this morning, right after waking up, I had to go again. I've already been to the bathroom twice in just three hours of being up. I'm feeling super exhausted, stressed out, and I don't even feel like eating. Could you help me understand what's going on?
