My husband has been experiencing a burning sensation in his anus after he goes to the bathroom, and it's really weird because he hasn't eaten any spicy foods. I'm pretty concerned and just want to understand what's going on. Could you suggest any remedies or advice on what might be causing this?

I'm a bit concerned about my recent blood test results. My SGOT and SGPT levels are 21.3 and 9.20, which are in the normal range, but the ratio is 2.3. Is this something I should worry about? Everything else in the liver function test looks normal. Could you provide some insight into what this might mean?

I'm experiencing belching on an empty stomach and feeling nauseous really early in the morning, around 4 a.m., usually when I'm sleeping. Plus, I've been having loose stools about once a week, though they're not super liquidy. Seven months back, I had an endoscopy that showed gastritis in my stomach's antrum and bile stasis, but it wasnt H. pylori. An ultrasound also showed multiple small peripheral follicles in both ovaries. I'm really scared that this could be something serious, like cancer. Can you help me figure out if I should be worried?

cancer is highly unlikely from your symptoms. drink good amount of water

I'm having a lot of trouble with my stomach. It feels like there's a lot of gas or something foaming inside, and I can't eat much at all without feeling super full and uncomfortable. Sometimes, after I go to the bathroom, it feels better for a bit, but then it just comes back again. This has been going on for about a month now. I tried some Ayurvedic treatment before, but it didn't really help. Could you give me some advice on what might work?
