View allI'm having some mild shortness of breath along with chest tightness and a bit of back pain that spreads to my neck. I've done tests like ECG, echo, TMT, chest X-ray, diabetes checks, and PFT, and all came back normal, but my cholesterol was high. I'm taking Rosuvas for that and also Amlodipine for high blood pressure. My weight is 110 kg, and my BP is 14090. Should I be getting any more tests or changing my meds? I'm also in the process of trying to lose weight. What do you think?

I'm a bit worried since my recent ECHO showed this mild concentric LVH. Can you explain what this actually means and what precautions I should be taking? Ive got the ECHO report and the cardiologist's prescription with me. I'd really appreciate it if you could give me a second opinion.
Mild concentric Left Ventricular Hypertrophy (LVH) on your ECHO report indicates that the muscle wall of your heart's left ventricle has thickened, which can increase the risk of heart disease and cardiac arrhythmias; to take precautions, focus on lifestyle modifications, such as regular exercise, stress reduction, and a balanced diet, while also managing underlying conditions like hypertension and diabetes; for a second opinion, consult another cardiologist, and provide them with your ECHO report and prescription to discuss the best course of action and potential further testing, such as a stress test or cardiac MRI.

I'm feeling really anxious because my heartbeat keeps increasing suddenly, and I get this chest pain. I had an echo test, and it came back normal. I also did Holter monitoring, which showed my maximum heart rate was 141, the minimum was 59, and the average was 80. What could be going on with me, and what should I do next?
Your symptoms of increased heartbeat, ghabrahat (anxiety), and chest pain could be due to anxiety or a heart condition. Since your echo and halter monitoring results are normal, it is less likely to be a serious heart issue. To manage your symptoms, you can try taking a beta-blocker medication like Metoprolol (brand name: Lopressor) at a low dose of 25mg once daily. This can help control your heart rate and reduce the feelings of palpitations and chest pain. Additionally, practicing relaxation techniques such as deep breathing exercises, yoga, or meditation can also help alleviate anxiety symptoms. It is important to stay hydrated, get regular exercise, and maintain a healthy diet to support your overall heart health. If your symptoms persist or worsen, it is advisable to follow up with your healthcare provider for further evaluation and management.
