I've been diagnosed with a 2.2x1.5cm posterior wall intramural fibroid and my endometrial thickness is 5mm. Do I need surgery for this? Could it affect my chances of getting pregnant? Are there any medications that can completely treat it?

Intramural fibroids may affect fertility but surgery is usually only needed if they cause symptoms or failed conception; medicines like GnRH analogs may help shrink them.

I'm a bit worried because I had oral sex with my boyfriend and now I'm experiencing a brown discharge from my vagina. It's happening more in the mornings, and I've been having frequent urination throughout the day. This all started after we were together, which was 2 days before my period was supposed to start, but it still hasn't come. I did a pregnancy test today and it came back negative. The date we were intimate was February 26th. What could be causing this?

Since your pregnancy tests are negative, it is less likely to be related to pregnancy. I recommend you to consult a doctor for a proper diagnosis and treatment plan. You may need a pelvic examination and some tests to determine the cause of your symptoms. In the meantime, you can try using over-the-counter antifungal medication like Clotrimazole (such as Canesten) for possible yeast infection.
