It has been almost 2 months that I have been suffering from cough and cold. My blood report indicates a cold infection. Even after completing the course of antibiotics, I have not found much relief. I still have terrible coughing fits at times, which sometimes cause me to choke. What could be the reason, and what should I do next?

In the morning, I felt cold and my temperature rose to 102F. I took paracetamol again, which brought it down, but the fever returned by 11 am. I consulted a physician and have attached his prescription and test report. After taking the prescribed medicines, I felt better, but I still feel very weak. Last night, I experienced restlessness, excessive sweating, and a rapid heartbeat for a few minutes. I am unsure what happened.
