My uterus is anteverted and bulky, measuring 11.18.58.1 cm, with nonhomogeneous myometrial echoes. The endometrial thickness is 3 mm, and my right ovary is 2.11.3 cm while the left is 21.3 cm with normal echoes. Should I consider surgery for this, or is it something that can be treated without surgery?
