I have a 5.6 cm chocolate cyst and I've been taking Navelon for a month without breaks. Since I don't have any pain and weigh 46 kg, is there a chance the cyst will shrink enough to avoid surgery?

While taking Novelon continuously for a month may help with pain and slow the growth of a 5.6 cm chocolate cyst, it's unlikely to shrink it enough to avoid surgery, especially if the cyst is large and causing significant issues.
