When the uterus has a wall of tissue running up and down in the middle of it, dividing the uterus into two cavities, its called a septate uterus.

So, I had a condom break on me and took a Plan B right after it happened. But I'm kinda worried because I took a laxative a couple of hours before, and I'm actually in my ovulating window. Should I be concerned about how effective the Plan B will be this time?

I have ovarian cysts on both ovaries measuring 63x44 mm can these be treated with medication or will I need surgery
