View allI have received my medical test report online, and I noticed that some of the values are outside the normal reference range. I would appreciate it if a doctor could review the report, provide an overall assessment of my current health condition, and suggest any necessary steps or lifestyle changes I should take to improve and maintain good health.

One year ago, my periods started getting delayed to 35 or 38 days, but not more than that. I consulted a gynecologist who advised me to get a scan. After reviewing the scan report, I was diagnosed with PCOD. I experience pain on the right side when my period comes. The doctor did not prescribe any medication but told me to reduce my weight. I weighed 88 kg before and now I am 74 kg. My periods have become regular, coming every 30 or 31 days, but I am having heavy bleeding with large blood clots, feeling very weak, and experiencing pain on the right side. The heavy flow lasts for 4 to 5 days. Please help me understand what I should do about this problem. I am waiting for your reply.
