I did my thyroid test last week for the first time because my body weight is not reducing even after hard exercise. My blood test shows T3 and T4 are normal, but TSH level is increased to 21. How can I reduce it?

I have irregular periods, and my blood report shows that my prolactin level is quite high. Hi doctor, I am Anusha, age 32. After delivery I got thyroid and now I am using thyroid 100 dosage. After three months of using thyroid 100 dosage, today my thyroid report is attached below. Please check and suggest whether my report is normal or not. Should I continue with the same dosage or decrease the dosage of the thyroid tablet? Thank you.
