I've been having some issues after masturbating last night. After about 12 hours, I noticed blood on the head of my penis. I urinated and washed it, but it happened two more times after peeing. By morning, my urine seemed normal again. I had an ultrasound and urine test done, and they were normal, except for red blood cells detected in my urine.
