Why is the antigen on the red blood cell not harmful?

The red blood cells will be harmless because they lack antibodies which can create any impact on the blood cells

View allMy blood report says leukocyte count is 3900 cells per cumm, platelet count is 86 thousand per cumm, and SGOT AST is 72 IU per L. How can I get back to normal. What am I suffering from. Should I go for some check up? Please help.

I was diagnosed with typhoid and recovered a month ago. Now I get a fever every second day. After taking medicine, the fever goes away but returns after a day or two. I remain normal when there is no fever but feel weak. My blood test report shows RBC 3.9, Monocyte 2.0, WBC 13,100, and Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate 34. Please suggest?

I am a kidney transplant patient. I am suffering from throat allergy and having fever of 99. My creatinine level is 0.9 and urine report is normal. I also have back pain. Is this serious or not?
