Why do diabetics have to inject insulin instead of just drinking it?

If we swallowed insulin the digestive enzymes in our stomach would break it down before reaching our bloodstream. Therefore, at this time, all insulin must be injected into our body.

View allI have a 4x4 cm nodule in the left lobe of my thyroid and a smaller 1x1 cm nodule in the right lobe. My T3, T4, and TSH levels are normal, but the FNAC showed papillary clusters with chewing gum colloid and no nuclear grooves. The report suggests an excision biopsy to rule out papillary carcinoma. Could this be cancer or is it likely benign? Is surgery the only option or are there other treatments I should consider?

I'm concerned about my vitamin D levels being low, and my doctor suggested I take UPRISE D3 60K once a week for the next 10 weeks. I was wondering if I can also take SevenSeas Cod Liver Oil capsules along with it? And if so, is it safe to take one capsule three times a day after meals?
Uprise D3 60k once a week is good. You can take cod liver oil along with that no problems but not three times a day. Only once a day after food is enough. Also you need to drink one glass of milk every night before bed.
