My mom is 47 and went through menopause at 41. Now, her ultrasound shows she has these nabothian cysts that are about 6mm, and her platelet count has dropped to 47,000, which seems really low. I'm wondering if the blood group of partners plays a role in pregnancy. I'm about 6 weeks and 6 days pregnant and the only symptom I've had has been tender breasts. But for the last two days, the pain has completely disappeared, and my breasts feel just like they did before I was pregnant. Is this disappearing symptom normal, or could it mean something's wrong?
