Hypothyroidism slows metabolism hence, its unlikely to cause weight loss. Instead it can cause weight gain.
Dr. Bhanu Suggests...
Take a VITAMIN B12 AND FOLATE Test or Take a HsCRP Test (High Sensitivity C-Reactive Protein) Test

I also would like to know what other supplements I can take to increase results of my workout like fat burners C4 testosterone etc to increase metabolism and if supplements I am already taking are safe for my medical conditions? My goals are proper fitness good body and weight loss of around 5 to 7 kg. My present weight is 85 kg height is 5 feet 9 inches and age is 36 years. Awaiting reply. Regards Nikesh Karsiya.

Is it safe or possible to lose weight during pregnancy if someone is overweight and has thyroid issues? I am concerned because being overweight may lead to excessive weight gain during pregnancy, which could affect health. Could you please guide me on how to manage weight safely in this situation?
