Cyst is large enough to cause symptoms like abdomen pain ,bloating sensation,torsion or rupture.Large cysts more than 10 cms requires surgery,a gynaecologist opinion is advised for further management of the cyst.

I'm really worried because I'm getting married in November, and my fianc doesn't know I'm not a virgin. I had sex when I was 18, and now I'm 21. I've done a lot of fingering too. I'm dealing with this non-stop vaginal itching for the past three months, and it's driving me insane. I've tried so many thingsintimate washes, vaginal gels, even coconut oilbut nothing's helping. The itching is so intense that it's hard to explain, and now the area has changed color, there are rashes, and it even burns sometimes. What should I do? Can you help me figure this out?
