The interpretation says 2019 nCoV negative, but I am confused about the MS2 gene detected part. Is he still contagious? Does he need to continue home isolation for a few more days?

I no longer have a sore throat, but sometimes I still get a fever of 99.4 degrees F. When should I test again, and how long will it take for me to fully recover?
