How safe and effective is applying Darkenyl, with taxifolin glucoside and N-acetyltyrosine, to my scalp every night to reduce grey hair? I was told to use 1ml nightly for about 6 to 9 months, but I haven't started yet. I only have around 5 grey hairs. What should I expect?

I'm dealing with some issues on my skin that have me pretty concerned. It started with red ringworms on my buttocks, and now they're spreading to my thighs and other parts of my body. I've tried using griseofulvin antifungal soap and cream, but it doesn't seem to be helping. Could you give me some advice on what to do next or suggest any other treatments?

I've just found a small lump in my inner left thigh. It's pretty noticeable and I can feel it when I touch the area. It's a bit under an inch around and oddly, it doesn't hurt. Who do you think I should talk to about this? Any idea what might be going on?
