I'm dealing with some issues on my skin that have me pretty concerned. It started with red ringworms on my buttocks, and now they're spreading to my thighs and other parts of my body. I've tried using griseofulvin antifungal soap and cream, but it doesn't seem to be helping. Could you give me some advice on what to do next or suggest any other treatments?

View allI'm really worried about this redness and rash under my private parts. It all started around two months ago, and initially, it was just itching. But, within two weeks, it turned red and spread quickly. I've been trying various creams and dusting powders, but nothing seems to help, and the problem's still here. Can you help me figure out what's going on?

I've had this small bump on my nose for as long as I can remember, over 56 years now. It's not painful or irritating, but it popped up after I had a really bad pimple there years ago, and the scar just turned into this bump. I've tried all sorts of ointments and creams, but nothing seems to work. It's pretty noticeable, and honestly, I just want a smooth nose again. My skin is on the oily side, so I was wondering if there's a permanent treatment you'd recommend that doesn't have side effects?

I'm really worried about this skin rash I've had for 3 years. It always seems to flare up after I chew tobacco. The rash just doesn't go away easily, and I have to take half a Cetrizine pill to get some relief. I'm really concerned if this could be related to HIV. Can you help?
The skin rash triggered by chewing tobacco is unlikely to be directly related to HIV, as HIV-related rashes typically occur in conjunction with other symptoms like fever, fatigue, and swollen lymph nodes; instead, consider consulting a dermatologist to determine the underlying cause of the rash, which could be an allergic reaction or contact dermatitis, and follow their recommended treatment plan, while also avoiding tobacco and other potential triggers.
