Question

I had septoplasty about six months ago to correct my deviated septum, but ever since, I've been having trouble breathing and can't sleep at all during the night. My nose feels really dry, and it seems like the air isn't getting to my lungs properly. I went back to my doctor, and they said it might be an allergy, but I'm not really convinced. I've been reading about empty nose syndrome and wondering if that's what I might have. Is there any way to cure ENS or manage these symptoms better?
