I have a flap tear in the posterior horn of my lateral meniscus and also an ACL tear my ACL surgery is scheduled for next week. Do I really need surgery for the meniscus tear too, or can it heal on its own? I'm worried about having two surgeries and how that might affect recovery.

I just found out I have a grade 2 ligament tear in my right knee can this heal on its own with rest and rehab or will I need ACL surgery to fix it properly

My uncle has been in the hospital for 10 days with a comminuted displaced fracture of his right acetabulum that also extends into the superior pubic ramus. The scan report suggests surgery but we're unsure is surgery the only option or are there other ways to treat this? He's been on bed rest so far and we're worried about the best next steps. I'm really concerned about what they found in my X-ray. It mentions something about bilateral sacralization of L5. The report says the pedicles, interpedicular distances, spinous and transverse processes are normal, and the intervertebral disc spaces aren't reduced.
