I'm an 18-year-old guy dealing with some serious male pattern baldness. It's getting worse, and now there's this awkward bald patch on my forehead that's really noticeable in daylight. My doctor mentioned trying PRP and stem cell therapy, which sounds promising, but it's an 8-week thing and honestly, I'm thinking of just shaving my head in the meantime because the bald spot is pretty embarrassing. Do you think it's okay to shave my head before starting the PRP and stem cell treatments? Also, is it safe or effective to switch between PRP and stem cell therapies during this period?

Shaving your head before starting PRP and Stem-cell therapy is perfectly fine and will not interfere with the effectiveness of the treatment.
