Question

I'm experiencing some weird stuff lately and I'm a bit worried. I have this strange pain around my left breast and the left side of my chest, and it's been quite constant. I've also been dealing with a lot of post-nasal drip and burping, plus this odd flapping sensation on the left side of my abdomen. Do you have any idea what could be going on?
