unfortunately i couldn't see any of your hrct report attached. SPO2 is fluctuating , keep the pulse oximeter for 2 minutes and then record it

I'm dealing with latent TB and it's been a month since I stopped smoking. I'm wondering if it's okay to smoke weed occasionally in this situation. What are your thoughts?

I've been having some trouble with my breathing for the last couple of months. It feels like I'm trying to take deep breaths, but the oxygen isn't reaching my stomach, and this happens all day long. Usually, my SpO2 level is above 98, but when I'm having this issue, it drops by about 12 points. However, when I wake up in the morning and check with an oximeter, it shows 99 or 100 for about a minute. I do brisk walking for an hour every morning, and while I feel a bit short of breath, its not too bad. I dont have a fever, and an HRCT scan only showed a tiny linear fibrotic band in my right lung, which my doctor says isnt anything serious. All my tests like CBC, Lipid Profile, ECG, LFT, KFT, CRP, ESR, Thyroid, and Urine Examination are normal. My Spirometry test was normal too. I do tend to have high blood pressure, and my fasting glucose level was 107, but my HbA1c is 5. I'm really worried. What should I do?

I was diagnosed with TB back in July 2017, and I've just finished a nine-month course of anti-TB medication. My recent report mentions something about old healed Koch's infiltration and mild bronchitis. I'm still feeling some pain in my upper right chest. Could this be due to scarring, or is there something else I should be worried about? Can you help me figure out what's going on?
