I'm really worried because I've just been diagnosed with a grade 2 fatty liver and my sgpt is at 70.05. I've started feeling a dull abdominal pain, and even though I've cut out oily junk food and now walk about 3-4 kms daily, I'm struggling to get a good night's sleep, probably because of stress. Lately, I've noticed that after eating cabbage sabji for dinner, I can smell cabbage in my stool the next day. Could this mean something, or am I just overthinking it? I've been having this pain on both sides when I breathe deep, and sometimes even with normal breathing, for a long time now. Its been going on for about 10 years, especially on the left side of my rib. Breathing feels difficult now and then, but theres no wheezing, just some snoring. I dont feel overly sleepy during the day, but I've been having some ongoing gastric issues. Theres been no weight loss or loss of appetite. My chest was checked and cleared by a pulmonologist, and my echo test was all good according to the cardiologist. My blood pressure is normal too. Is there something else I should be looking into or considering?
