I've had CO2 laser treatments done twice for molluscum contagiosum, but it just won't go away. What else can I try to stop it from coming back?

I'm a bit unsure about which to use for my woundshould I go with soframycin or cipladine powder? I usually clean the wound with hot water and Dettol, then let it dry before applying the powder. But when I clean it again the next day, it's kind of tricky. The wound is still wet, and there's some fluid coming out. Would using soframycin be a better option in this case?

I've been experiencing some weird skin rashes along with vomiting lately. There are these small red dots on my hands and under the palms, same with my feet. I've also been feeling nauseous and have headaches off and on. The rashes are super itchy, and on my legs, it even looks like mosquito bites, but I'm sure there are no mosquitoes around. What could this be? Should I be worried?
