Question
I've been dealing with piles for the past 2 years and it's flared up again. I've seen many doctors, tried sithamaruthuvam, and taken various medicines but nothing has helped long-term. I even had piles surgery, but the problem persists. What else can I do and what kind of medicine should I take to finally get relief?

For persistent piles, advanced laser surgery, dietary changes, and medications like flavonoids can help. If you've already had surgery, consider a colorectal surgeon’s opinion to check for incomplete treatment or another condition like fissures.
