Tingling in the penile area, burning sensation at the tip of the penis after urination, and pain at the base of the penis could be indicative of a urinary tract infection or a sexually transmitted infection. Since you have already tried antidepressants without complete relief, I recommend consulting a doctor for a thorough evaluation and possible prescription of antibiotics. In the meantime, you can take an over-the-counter pain reliever like acetaminophen for the pain.
