Question
I've been feeling this odd tightness in my throat, like it's blocked or something. It comes and goes on its own. Theres no pain, no swallowing issues or anything like that, but it's really worrying me. Do you have any medicine suggestions for this?

Your thyroid test results show: - TSH (Thyroid-Stimulating Hormone): 2.5 (normal range: 0.4-4.5) - T3 (Triiodothyronine): 1.5 (normal range: 0.8-2.0) - T4 (Thyroxine): 17.2 (high, normal range: 4.5-12.0) High T4 levels can indicate: - Hyperthyroidism (overactive thyroid) - Thyroid hormone resistance Regarding conception: - Uncontrolled hyperthyroidism can affect fertility and pregnancy outcomes. - High T4 levels may increase the risk of miscarriage, preterm birth, and low birth weight. Consult your doctor or an endocrinologist to: - Discuss your test results - Determine the cause of high T4 levels - Develop a plan to manage your thyroid hormone levels - Ensure safe conception and pregnancy
