Question

I've been feeling something unusual under my tongue on the left side, and it's noticeable especially when I swallow. Its been there for a while. Along with that, I've got this persistent cough, but weirdly, there's no cold or other symptoms. I'm just trying to figure out what might be going on. Any ideas?
