I've been sneezing a lot lately, and now I have throat pain. I also noticed my white blood cell count is high. Does this mean I have an infection, and what kind of medicine should I consider taking?

Lately, I've also started having pain in my left shoulder. I'm not sure if the medicine the doctor prescribed is meant to treat both the typhoid and the spleen issue. Should I consider consulting another doctor about this? The prescription says I should take Tab Pyroflox, Olgerd D, Dolo 650, and SunUp S.
