Question

I've been using my revolizer inhaler, and no matter what I try, I can't help but feel like some of the medicine is just sitting on my tongue and throat instead of getting into my lungs where it should be. I'm worried I'm doing something wrong, even though I've watched all the YouTube videos and followed them exactly. Is this a normal struggle, or do you think I'm missing something? Could you guide me on the right technique or point me to a helpful video or document?

I'm noticing that my heart rate has been climbing up to 95 over the past 23 days. Could my allergic bronchitis be playing a part in this? I'm really concerned and would love some insight on what might be causing this.

I'm really concerned about my mom's situation. She's 55 and had fluid buildup in one of her lungs. She's done with the treatment for that, but she's still taking medicine for TB. I've just finished my tuberculosis treatment earlier this April after nine months on medication, but then I caught COVID at the end of the month. Since then, I haven't had any COVID symptoms, and an HRCT showed no lung infections. However, I'm struggling with a persistent dry cough and an itchy throat. There's also white mucus that shows up every morning but only a little bit. I've tried Alex syrup and some home remedies like ginger and honey, but nothing seems to be working. What could be causing this ongoing cough, and should I be worried?
