Question

I've been waking up with small blood spots in my spit, and sometimes there's pink mucus. I was diagnosed with antral gastritis after an endoscopy. My HR CT scans of the neck and chest came back normal. I also deal with acid reflux. The first time I noticed blood, it was after a day of vomiting on an empty stomach, really forceful stuff. An ENT specialist mentioned a tear in my throat might be the cause, and after a while, the bleeding stopped. But now, two months later, it's happening again. Could you help me figure out what's going on?
