Question
I've had this pain three times last year, and now it's starting up again. I'm really not sure what's going on, and I'm worried about it. Can you help me figure out what might be causing this and what medicine I should be taking?

It sounds like you may be experiencing recurrent episodes of pain. Without a specific diagnosis, it is difficult to recommend a precise treatment. However, for general pain relief, you can try taking acetaminophen (Tylenol) 500mg every 4-6 hours as needed for pain. If the pain persists or worsens, it is important to consult with a healthcare professional for further evaluation and management.
