Question
I've just had some blood tests done, and it turns out my bilirubin levels are pretty high. I'm a bit concerned about how serious this might be. Can you please guide me on who I should talk to about this, and what kind of precautions I might need to take? Would appreciate any advice!

A high bilirubin level can indicate liver issues or other underlying conditions. It's important to consult a doctor, preferably a gastroenterologist or hepatologist, for further evaluation. In the meantime, stay hydrated, avoid alcohol, and follow any advice your doctor provides.
