My height is 5 ft 5.5 inches, weight 67 kg, and I am not diabetic (HbA1c is 5). However, my uric acid level is high at 9.4. I consulted a doctor who prescribed Febustat 40, Uprise D3 60K, Supracal HD, and Neurobion Forte. I have been on these medicines for the past two days but have not seen any relief yet. I was also advised to consult a cardiologist. My BP is normal, and I do not have any discomfort otherwise. I walk briskly for an hour every morning, though I am mostly sedentary during the rest of the day. I have been following a Keto diet for almost a year, during which my diabetes reversed and I lost 21 kg rapidly, all within a few weeks. I am now maintaining my weight with the same diet. I would like to get advice from a Keto friendly doctor regarding my swelling issue.

Hello, I am diabetic. My treatment has started and the doctor has prescribed medicine for high uric acid, which was present in my report. I was also asked to do a urine creatinine test. I want to know if, after taking proper diet and medicine, it can be reversed or not? Will it worsen or remain constant? Are there chances of creatinine level decreasing?

According to my lab report, my uric acid level is 7.3. I would like to know how to lower my uric acid level and manage it effectively.

This is mildly raised and can be managed through a low purine diet (avoid red meat, organ meat, alcohol), hydration, and regular exercise. Medication may be added if levels stay high.
