According to my lab report, my uric acid level is 7.3. I would like to know how to lower my uric acid level and manage it effectively.

This is mildly raised and can be managed through a low purine diet (avoid red meat, organ meat, alcohol), hydration, and regular exercise. Medication may be added if levels stay high.

I want to know if, after taking proper diet and medicine, it can be reversed or not? Will it worsen or remain constant? Are there chances of creatinine level decreasing?
