My blood report shows uric acid level 7.5. Kindly advise which food along with medicine should I prefer to bring it down to at least 5? Presently taking febutaz 40 once a day. Also report shows vitamin C level 27.

Uric acid above 7 may need diet control reduce red meat, seafood, alcohol. Eat more fruits, fluids. Low Vit C may worsen uric acid.
