After how many days of missing period should we check pregnancy? I missed my period yesterday and today I took the test and it was negative.

The best time to take a pregnancy test is 2 to 3 days after missed period for most accurate results. Taking it on Day 1 may sometimes show a false negative due to low HCG levels. If still no period after 3 to 4 days, repeat test with first morning urine. If still unclear, get a Beta HCG blood test.

Take a Beta HCG Test Test or Take a UPT Test (Urine Pregnancy) Test

After my period, I shared my report with the doctor and she suggested the medicine Crisanta. My query is that my period is currently missed, can I take Primolut N now or not?

My periods started on 2nd June. On 22nd June, I took an emergency contraceptive (ipill) after unprotected intercourse. My next period was expected on 3rd July, but it did not come, so I took a home urine pregnancy test on 11th July evening, which was negative. For the past two days, I have been experiencing very dark spotting. What could this mean? Could I still be pregnant, and should I test again?

I had unprotected intercourse on 17th November, which was my last day of fertile window, and after 7 hours I took an i pill. I have done a urine pregnancy test and it was negative. Is this a side effect of the i pill?
