Can Ayurveda really cure sinus issues permanently or is surgery the only option left if treatments don't work? I've been struggling with recurring sinus problems and want to explore natural remedies before considering surgery. What are the best Ayurvedic treatments for chronic sinusitis?

Yes, sinusitis, or sinus infections, can often be treated and cured without surgery. Many cases resolve with home remedies, over-the-counter medications, and sometimes antibiotics if the infection is bacterial. Surgery is typically reserved for chronic or severe cases where non-surgical treatments have been ineffective

I've been dealing with otitis media for about a week now and have been taking Augmentin 625 Duo and Crocin for it. There was this wheatish discharge from my ear, then some watery stuff came out, and that made the fullness in my ear go away for a bit. But now, after a week, I'm feeling that fullness again in the same ear. I'm still on Augmentin and doing some steam inhalation. So, I'm wondering how often should I be doing the steam inhalation thing and how long should each session be? Also, how long does it usually take to completely recover from otitis media? And do you have any tips on how I can prevent it from coming back?
