Can gallbladder stone surgery and tubectomy be done at the same time I have been having pain from gallstones and my doctor recommended cholecystectomy I also want to get a tubectomy is it possible to combine both procedures

my father has a 15mm gall bladder stone and the doctor recommended surgery but his sugar levels came back really high at 203 in the pre-test is it safe to proceed with the surgery given his age and the elevated sugar levels
