Gallbladder stone surgery (cholecystectomy) and tubectomy can be done in the same session if both procedures are safe to perform together. This can reduce the number of hospital visits, but you should consult your surgeon for a personalized plan.

I'm a couple of days post-operation for piles and now I'm dealing with a fever, along with some cold symptoms and body pain. Is this something that just happens sometimes, or should I be worried that it's more serious?

Bathing after eating fruits like mango and banana is generally safe. No specific gap is required, but consider: 1. _Digestion time_: Wait at least 30-60 minutes after eating to allow for digestion. 2. _Blood sugar levels_: Fruits like mango and banana can cause a temporary spike in blood sugar. Bathing shortly after may lead to: - Dizziness - Lightheadedness - Shivering To be cautious: 1. Wait 1-2 hours after eating fruits before bathing. 2. Take a warm shower instead of a cold bath to avoid shocking your system. No serious health issues will arise from bathing after eating fruits. However, being mindful of digestion time and blood sugar levels can ensure a comfortable bathing experience.

I have a pilonidal sinus and I'm trying to decide between laser treatment or flap surgery which one would be better for me I've heard mixed things and I'm not sure what to go for Also how much do these procedures usually cost

However, laser surgery may not always fully resolve the issue, and there's a chance of recurrence. Traditional surgery, while more invasive, typically offers a higher success rate for complete recovery.
