Can grade 23 varicocele only be treated with surgery or are there other options? I have slight discomfort when standing for long or lifting weights is surgery the best solution? How does stopping the vein work during surgery and how do we know blood will find another way to flow? Would love to hear your thoughts based on experience.

I've been masturbating every day for the past three years and I'm wondering if this might cause any sexual issues. Can you help me understand if there are any risks? And how can I go about reducing or stopping this habit?
Daily masturbation for 3 years can lead to issues like desensitization, erectile dysfunction, or premature ejaculation, but it's not a guarantee; to stop or reduce masturbation, try techniques like mindfulness, meditation, exercise, or hobbies to redirect your energy, and consider seeking professional help from a therapist or counselor if needed.

I've just got my semen analysis results, and it shows pus cells in my semen at a level of 3045. I'm trying to figure out what could be causing this. On the results, my sperm count is 36 million, morphology is at 70%, and everything else seems to be within the normal range. Could you help me understand what's going on and what kind of treatment I might need?
The presence of pus in your semen, also known as pyospermia, can be caused by various factors, including prostatitis, epididymitis, urethritis, or a urinary tract infection (UTI), and despite your relatively normal semen analysis parameters (sperm count, morphology), it's essential to consult a urologist
