Can I get ACL ligament reconstruction surgery under the Arogyasri scheme in Telangana at top hospitals like KIMS, Sunshine, Yashoda, Apollo, Maxcure, or Srikara? I'm worried about the coverage and quality of care at these places for this procedure

View allit's been 6 weeks since my acl and meniscus surgery - can i ditch the knee brace and crutches now and start climbing stairs normally?
It's generally advisable to consult with your surgeon or physical therapist before making any significant changes to your recovery plan, especially after ACL and meniscus surgery. However, at 6 weeks post-op, you might be able to gradually decrease reliance on the knee brace and crutches, but you should not start climbing stairs normally yet. Full stair climbing typically takes longer, around 3-4 months, and requires a more comprehensive rehabilitation program.

Knee injections or stem cell therapy may offer temporary relief, but long-term outcomes vary and need specialist input.
