I've had this stye on my lower left eyelid for weeks now. The doctor gave me antibiotics for 3 days and told me to use warm compresses, but it hasn't gotten any better. She mentioned an incision might be needed if it doesn't improve, but I'm really scared of any kind of eye surgery. Are there other options besides surgery to treat this stye? It's such a sensitive area and the thought of an operation freaks me out

Need Oral antibiotics ,oral painkillers ,with topical antibiotics n hot compression

I had squint surgery in both eyes a year ago but still notice some residual squint sometimes I also have astigmatism and have worn glasses since childhood - my right eye has CYL 1 axis 10 and left eye CYL 2 axis 160 Can LASIK fix my astigmatism completely and would it help correct the remaining squint issues too I'm 26 and really want to properly address both problems

LASIK surgery can effectively address astigmatism, including your specific CYL 1 axis 10 and CYL 2 axis 160 values. However, LASIK does not correct squint, which is a misalignment of the eyes. Addressing residual squint after surgery will likely require further evaluation and potentially additional surgical adjustments.

I have a cylindrical power in my left eye with an axis of 180 should I be worried about this? Would I need corrective surgery or is it manageable with glasses or contacts? Just trying to understand if this could affect my vision long-term

Cylindrical power is manageable with glasses or contact lenses; surgery like LASIK is optional and based on personal need and stability.
