Can I get rid of this stone without surgery and are there any meds that can help with the pain

View allI'm a bit confused and worried about something that's been happening during sex with my wife. After intercourse, I notice this thread-like sticky substance coming from my penis, and I'm trying to figure out if it's sperm or just precum because my penis becomes smaller and slips out afterwards. I'm 42 and not sure if this is normal or something I should be worried about. Can you help me understand what's happening?
Based on your description, it sounds like ejaculation occurred, as the sticky thread-like fluid coming from your penis likely contains both sperm and seminal fluid. Precum typically appears before ejaculation and may not always contain sperm, but during ejaculation, sperm is released. If you have concerns about fertility or reproductive health, it's best to consult a doctor for evaluation.
